Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 3 Production Support for critical infrastructure and application environments - Manage IT infrastructure projects from end to end, ensuring scope, budget and quality - Coordinate technical teams across infrastructure, application support and business stakeholders - Support production implementation of applications and technical architecture solutions - Contribute to FinOps, savings, obsolescence and decommissioning initiatives - Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs and production support indicators - Ensure compliance with IT governance, resilience and architecture standards - Support DevOps, Agile, Move2Cloud and infrastructure transformation initiatives Technical Profile: - Strong experience in Production Support / Application Production Support / Infrastructure environments - Technical background with Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT and Ansible - Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP - Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with monitoring and observability tools, especially Dynatrace - Knowledge of FinOps, obsolescence management and decommissioning - Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com or Jira Portfolio - Ability to manage infrastructure project governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination - Fluent in English Personal Profile: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Organized, autonomous and delivery-focused - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Client-oriented and results-driven - Able to work in international and multicultural environments - Comfortable managing priorities, risks, budget and timelines - Proactive, with ownership and ability to drive continuous improvement
