Job Summary
You will join the Generative AI perimeter to design, build, and evolve backend systems for specialized AI assistants. The role involves architecting backend services, integrating AI frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent digital experiences. You will ensure performance, scalability, and seamless integration of AI-driven capabilities within the bank's IT ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience developing backend web applications using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining REST APIs and ensuring robust data integration.
- A growth mindset, with willingness to expand backend expertise and explore emerging technologies in the AI ecosystem.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an AI-focused team, ideally with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with LLMs and cloud platforms, especially Azure, to support AI-driven solutions.
- Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts to contribute to innovative integrations.
