Qualifications:

- Experience with AI-assisted development, engineering automation, or agentic workflows
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience with orchestration or workflow tools
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations in engineering tools or developer platforms
- Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
