Trainee Electrical Engineer Energy

Responsibilities: - Actively participate in the design and development of High and Medium Voltage projects, including substations (from 400 kV to 10 kV) and industrial facilities such as data centers and hydrogen production buildings. - Support the preparation of technical studies, electrical schematics, and system layouts, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and client specifications. - Contribute to the definition of electrical architecture, protection systems, and interconnection solutions for high-voltage installations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, and control systems) to develop integrated and optimized solutions. - Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, design briefs, and specifications. - Help ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, deadlines, and quality requirements. Profile: - Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. - Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are valued. - Up to 1 year of professional experience in the energy sector or related areas (substations, high-voltage systems, or industrial facilities). - Strong interest in High and Medium Voltage projects, not only substations, but particularly in industrial applications such as data centers and hydrogen facilities. - Familiarity with design or simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, ELEK, CANECO, EPLAN, ETAP, or similar) is valued. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on technical rigor and innovation.
