Job Summary
The AI Engineer will research and implement Generative AI applications and Agentic frameworks to support business automation. Key responsibilities include building RAG structures, developing AI solutions with Python, and maintaining API pipelines. The role requires strong software engineering expertise and experience in deploying AI models within an international environment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Research and understand the principles and applications of Generative AI
- Develop AI Agents using LLM frameworks and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) structures with tools such as Langflow/Langchain
- Build AI solutions using Python with common AI/ML/Automation libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, FastAPI, selenium
- Support internal business workflows by identifying new automation opportunities
- Support currently implemented automation projects and workflows
- Build and maintain API pipelines (Flask, FastAPI)
- Support the assessment and integration of external AI software solutions to enhance business processes
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar Engineering field
- At least 2 years of experience implementing AI and automation solutions (automotive or consumer electronics industry experience is a plus)
- Strong Python programming skills with software engineering focus
- Proficiency with Generative AI models, Agentic AI deployment, and RAG structures using tools such as Langflow/Langchain
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)
- Professional-level English and Portuguese language skills
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
