Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
OFFX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead and scale their end-to-end marketplace platform. This role involves working directly with co-founders to build scalable workflows across the full stack, including TypeScript, Vue, and PostgreSQL. The position requires a high-ownership individual to manage architecture, integrations, and backend systems in a profitable, AI-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own marketplace lifecycle and operator workflows
- Extend backend schemas, hooks, and custom endpoints
- Develop frontend features using Vue/Quasar
- Build integrations for Telegram, Slack, and email
- Manage Postgres architecture and performance

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the OFFX marketplace lifecycle: deals, counterparties, statuses, permissions, and operator workflows.
- Extend our Directus-based backend with schemas, hooks, custom endpoints, and clean permissions.
- Build frontend features in Vue/Quasar with strong attention to UX.
- Design integrations across Telegram, email, Slack, external data sources, and internal tools.
- Build background jobs, automations, webhooks, and APIs that reduce manual operational work.
- Own Postgres at the schema and query level.
- Improve observability, performance, testing, deployment, and production reliability.
- Help design the backend surfaces that our AI and data systems can call directly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience, with strong backend depth.
- Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals.
- Production experience with TypeScript, Node, and a modern frontend framework.
- Experience with Vue, Quasar, Directus, Strapi, Hasura, or similar systems is a plus.
- Comfortable owning a live production platform end-to-end.
- Pragmatic, high-ownership, and able to ship through ambiguity.
- Strong written communication.
- AI-fluent and actively using modern AI development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or agentic coding setups.
Nice to have:
- Web3, crypto, fintech, or private markets experience.
- Experience operating financial platforms with paying users or money flows.
- Startup experience where you owned a domain end-to-end.
