Senior Control Systems Engineer

YOUR ROLE You will play a key role in the design, integration, and commissioning of PLC-based control systems for mission-critical electromechanical environments (e.g., conveyors, sensors, baggage handling). Working across the full system lifecycle, you will ensure seamless automation by combining control systems, electrical engineering, and system integration, while supporting customer deployments. What you can expect: - Design and commission PLC-based automation systems - Develop control logic aligned with electrical and mechanical interfaces - Define system integration requirements and customer-specific solutions - Produce functional specs, test plans, and technical documentation - Execute system testing, validation, and on-site commissioning - Support go-live phases and provide technical expertise to stakeholders - Drive continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives YOUR PROFILE - Degree in Systems Engineering or related field - 5+ years’ experience in control systems / PLC engineering - Strong expertise in system integration & electromechanical automation - Solid understanding of electrical systems and commissioning practices - Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment in complex environments - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Strong collaboration and documentation skills - Fluent in English
