Job Summary
We are seeking an Agile Coach with 1 to 2 years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies. The role involves configuring reports, identifying team efficiency trends, and supporting the Agile Competence Center with training. Required Skills
- 1-2 years experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- PSM I or CSM Certification

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and analysis of simple reports and indicators.
- Identification of direct causal relationships between team practices and impacts on team delivery/efficiency.
- Support for conducting basic training at the Agile Competence Center.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM).
- Product Owner certification (PSPO I or CSPO).
