Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities: - Lead the development of complex structural projects, with a focus on bridges, viaducts, and special structures, taking technical responsibility for the proposed solutions. - Perform and validate advanced structural analyses, including static, dynamic, and seismic assessments, using specialised software (SAP2000, Robot, among others) and ensuring the quality of analytical models. - Define and optimise structural and geotechnical solutions, including foundations, soil–structure interaction, and construction methods, ensuring technical and economic efficiency. - Ensure project compliance with national and international codes and standards, applying industry best practices and meeting client- and sector-specific requirements. - Prepare and review technical reports, design briefs, specifications, and tender documentation, ensuring technical rigour and consistency. - Support and guide project teams, providing mentoring to junior engineers and ensuring technical alignment within the team and across disciplines. - Promote innovation and continuous improvement, keeping up to date with technological advancements and proposing enhancements to design methods, internal processes, and project tools. Profile: - Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. - Professional experience in the development of structural design projects (Minimum of 10 years). - Professional experience with SAP2000/Robot, AutoCAD, Revit or Allplan (valued). - Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. - Focus on technical excellence, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
