Job Summary
We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our team for building scalable digital products. This role requires relocation to Graciosa Island and focuses on developing applications using Flutter/Dart. The position involves collaborating on architecture, maintaining code quality, and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

Job Details
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Flutter / Dart
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
- Contribute to best practices in software quality, performance, and security
- Actively use AI tools in the software development process to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery workflows
- Contribute to projects involving Java and React when needed
What are we looking for?
- Professional experience in software development, preferably 2+ years
- Solid experience with Flutter and Dart
- Good understanding of software architecture and development best practices
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern application development
- Mandatory experience using AI tools for software development
- Strong ability to integrate AI-assisted tools into daily engineering workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Availability and willingness to relocate to Graciosa Island, Azores
Nice to Have
- Experience with Java and React
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications
